Psychotherapy and counselling are closely related mental health treatment types, but there are differences in their depth, scope and treatment approach. Over time, we begin to dig deeper into your life experiences, helping you to make connections from the past to the present day and begin to draw understandings as to why your struggle with things in the here and now. From this understanding, we can slowly begin to bring about a longer lasting change.

We often remind our clients that you’ve been programmed to think and feel a certain way since a very early age and changing the habits of a lifetime do take a while.
