Hello.  I am an experienced and accredited Gestalt Psychotherapist, currently working with individuals and couples in private practice in west London. I offer a safe and confidential space for you to be heard; to discuss, explore and begin to understand your feelings and the experiences that bring you to therapy.  I offer a therapeutic relationship which is above all non-judgmental, to support you to feel able to bring all aspects of yourself and together we will look for patterns or feelings that may have become stuck or habitual (‘out of awareness’).

As a Gestalt therapist, I offer creative and constructive challenges to help you discover new ways of responding in the world and feel more empowered to see choices in life and relationships.  I have extensive experience of working with clients from differing countries, cultures and faith backgrounds, and with clients with severe and enduring mental health diagnoses (while working with NHS clients in a Clinical role).  I also work with LGBTQ+ and Transgender clients.

Please feel free to contact me for more information or to arrange an initial session!
