I offer a safe and confidential space where you can feel truly heard—where you’re free to explore your thoughts, feelings, and the experiences that have brought you to therapy. Our work together is grounded in a non-judgmental therapeutic relationship, where you’re supported in bringing all aspects of yourself. Together, we’ll gently explore any patterns or emotional responses that may have become stuck, habitual, or just outside of your conscious awareness.

As an Integrative therapist, I offer creative and supportive challenges that encourage fresh ways of engaging with life—helping you feel more empowered and aware of the choices available in your relationships and daily experiences. I have extensive experience working with individuals from a wide range of cultural, national, and faith backgrounds, as well as those living with complex and enduring mental health conditions.. I am also committed to providing an affirming and respectful space for LGBTQ+ and Transgender clients.

I am an accredited member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) and a trained EMDR therapist. My work includes supporting individuals and couples dealing with anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and more complex conditions such as bipolar disorder and schizoid personality disorder.

Through EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), I’ve helped many clients reduce symptoms like flashbacks, anxiety, and depression. EMDR is a powerful psychotherapy approach that supports people in reprocessing traumatic memories, especially those related to PTSD, helping to reduce their emotional intensity and long-term impact.

I’ve also had the privilege of living and working in eight countries—including Italy, Denmark, the Netherlands, and the United States. These cross-cultural experiences have given me a deep appreciation for multiculturalism and a strong sense of the shared human experiences that connect us all.
