I am a compassionate counsellor dedicated to supporting neurodivergent clients, particularly those whose neurodivergence has been missed, misdiagnosed, or identified late. I understand the unique challenges these individuals face and strive to empower them to embrace their individuality and brilliance while navigating the complexities of their experiences.
I often draw upon the EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing) approach to guide clients through the intricate journey of processing trauma and cultivating resilience. My practice is anchored in the profound belief that "I'm OK, You're OK," fostering a nurturing environment where individuals can safely explore their struggles and gradually reveal their true selves. Many of my clients arrive after years of feeling disconnected, having masked or mirrored their identities to fit in. This can lead to profound exhaustion and the need for fresh coping strategies. Together, we embark on this journey, honouring their unique experiences and empowering them to fully embrace their authenticity, allowing their true selves to emerge.
In addition to my work with individuals, I work as an EAP (Employee Assistance Programme) specialist, collaborating with management to cultivate inclusive workplaces. I aim to foster a culture of understanding where every employee feels valued and supported.
Pomagam ludziom przekraczać ich ograniczenia i blokady emocjonalne. Towarzyszę im w procesie przekształcania lęków i negatywnych emocji w spokój oraz siłę. Pomagam docierać do wewnętrznych zasobów, które umożliwiają realizowanie osobistych celów, pozwalają pełniej żyć w harmonii ze sobą i światem.
W ramach swojej praktyki oferuję sesje indywidualne, a dobór metod przez mnie stosowanych zależy od tego z „czym” przychodzisz. Nie narzucam interpretacji, ani sposobu pracy, a moje doświadczenie i znajomość technik pozwala na dostosowanie języka zmiany do Twoich potrzeb. Wiem, że doświadczenie trudnych momentów w życiu czasami jest nie do uniknienia.
