Fees - Individual Session Fee – £65 in person / £50 online per 50 minute session
Availability - In Person - Mondays and Tuesday mornings, Fridays. Online - evenings from 6pm until 8.30pm on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Fridays with some daytime online appointment times available.
I have experience working with adults presenting with a diverse range of issues such as grief, loss, anxiety, health anxiety, depression, emotional overwhelm, relationship difficulties, low self-esteem, trauma and work-related stress. My practice is person-centred, a humanistic approach to therapy which offers you freedom to explore your feelings, experiences and the issues important to you within an empathic and non-judgmental environment.
Whatever brings you to therapy, we will work together at your pace within the therapeutic space to heal, better understand yourself and the issues troubling you with the aim of helping you feel more able to cope and move forward with your life.
Having previously worked as a solicitor, I also have insight and understanding in relation to the impact work/professional pressure can have on individuals both psychologically and physically. I have also worked for charities supporting people who have experienced bereavement and those affected by long-term illness.
In my private practice I provide both short and longer-term support and offer 50-minute sessions in-person from the Greenhouse rooms in Chiswick or online. I also offer a free 20-minute introductory consultation for us to meet to help you to decide if you would like to work together.
