Or it may be that feel stuck and don’t know where you are going with your life.
I will support you to explore your concerns, help you find new ways of dealing with your problems, make different life choices, and find a way forward. I will work with you to resolve existing or historic difficulties by exploring conscious thoughts & feelings, but also those you may not be fully aware of, which might be impacting your life.
